Designed a custom enclosure for a high-end LED driver used in a bespoke application. The design draws inspiration from Apple’s iSight camera, incorporating a perforated pattern for passive cooling. The enclosure consists of a machined aluminum outer shell that slides over an injection-molded inner structure, keeping the assembly simple while supporting thermal performance and manufacturability. I was responsible for the enclosure design, hardware selection, technical specifications, and manufacturing considerations.
