My name is Isaac. I’m a mechanical design engineer based in Victoria, British Columbia. I design and build real, functional products, taking ideas from early concept through working prototypes and into production.
My work is driven by a close relationship between form and function. Design decisions are guided by user experience, constraints, and real-world manufacturing considerations, not decoration. I favor simple, essential solutions, adding complexity only when it serves a clear purpose.
I focus on building products that are useful, durable, and thoughtfully engineered. The goal is not novelty, but objects that are meant to be built, used, and kept.
